At Playwell Pools, our foundation is simple: family first, and exceptional craftsmanship always. Founded by Donald Glenn, our mission is to transform outdoor spaces throughout Central Florida into beautiful, enduring poolscapes that bring families joy and relaxation for decades.
Don & Cindy’s Playwell Pools Inc. is a well-known pool construction company based in Orlando, Florida, owned and operated by Donald Glenn. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we have been serving the local community for over two decades, providing exceptional pool solutions tailored to individual needs and preferences.
Our Story
Don Glenn’s journey began in the construction trades as a skilled craftsman. He earned degrees in Architectural Design & Building Technology, followed by a Bachelor’s in English from Rollins College. From there he advanced through roles as superintendent and project manager, until he ultimately obtained his General Contractor and Commercial/Residential Pool Builder licenses. With 40 years of experience constructing quality concrete structures and a concrete masonry apprenticeship completed at Disney Imagineering, Don launched Playwell Pools to deliver homes and businesses superior pool design and construction—rooted in integrity, precision, and service.
