Our Concrete Pool Construction Process
Site Assessment & Excavation
We begin by evaluating your property — soil conditions, terrain, drainage, and existing structures. Our team carefully excavates and grades the site to prepare it for structural construction.Rebar & Structural Steel Framework
To ensure strength, we create a reinforced skeleton using steel rebar. This framework gives your concrete pool the structural integrity needed for a long-lasting, stable build.Plumbing & Equipment Rough-In
Next, we install plumbing lines, filtration connections, and conduit for electrical components. Everything is laid out based on engineering plans to guarantee optimal system performance.Concrete Application
We apply shotcrete or gunite, both high-quality sprayed-concrete methods, to sculpt the shell of your pool. This ensures a dense, strong, and seamless structure.Surface Finishing
Once the shell cures, we add your chosen finish — whether it’s pebble aggregate, smooth plaster, or tile. We also install coping and edge treatments to match the aesthetics and function of your pool design.Equipment Setup & Fill
Our licensed team sets up filtration, pumps, heaters, lighting, and automation systems. Then, we fill the pool, test all components, and balance the water so it’s ready for use.
