Why Design Matters

Planning your pool before construction ensures:

  • Optimal placement for sun exposure, privacy, and use

  • Efficient use of your budget and resources

  • Seamless integration with landscaping and outdoor living features

  • Compliance with local building codes and permitting requirements

Our Design Process

  1. Discovery & Consultation
We start by talking with you about your goals, preferences, lifestyle, and budget. Whether you imagine a tranquil spa, a modern lap pool, or a resort-style oasis, we listen carefully.

  2. Site Assessment
Our team evaluates your property, soil conditions, terrain, and drainage. This step ensures a practical, safe, and structurally sound design tailored to your land.

  3. 3D Renderings & Blueprints
Using advanced design tools, we create realistic 3D renderings that show how your pool will look from every angle. These visualizations help you make confident decisions about shape, style, materials, and water features.

  4. Engineering & Structural Planning
We produce detailed construction blueprints, rebar layouts, plumbing schematics, and engineering plans. This ensures that the pool’s structure will be both beautiful and durable.

  5. Permitting & Approvals
Navigating local regulations can be complex. We guide you through the permitting process required in Orlando and surrounding Florida counties, helping to streamline approvals and avoid delays.

  6. Feature & Material Selection
You choose the finishes, water features, lighting, decking materials, and landscaping elements that will bring your vision to life. We offer expert guidance on which options match your style and budget while optimizing long-term performance.

  7. Final Budget & Timeline
Once your design is complete, we provide a transparent project estimate and schedule, so you know what to expect at every phase of construction.
